Most box store lights are made to be sold at a lower price, with the idea of buying more later. Box store lights are not as bright and do not hold up well being exposed to the elements. Also, box store lights are non customizable and that can cause too many lights, or not enough lights for the area"
HOW MUCH IS THE DISCOUNT THE SECOND YEAR? "Your first year with us will always be more expensive than the following years. Discounts are 15%-25% based on the plan you choose"
DO WE WARRENTY OUR PRODUCTS? "Yes, we offer a full warranty on anything we offer, as long as it isn't vandalism or theft. It is our job to make sure your home is glowing from the moment we hang the lights"
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS? "Yes, We offer discounts on following year services as well referral discounts"
WHAT DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE? "We are an all inclusive service. We handle everything and then some. All of our plans come with design, commercial grade materials, installation, warranty, removal (In January), and storage until the following year.
WHAT HAPPENDS IF I DO NOT RENEW IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR? " We hate to see people not renew with us, but we understand that life can get in the way. We maintain full ownership of all materials used in the decoration of your home"
